Oh I'm not very good locating possessed weapons, but you surely can get some from most importan quests and from tombs after collecting the Book of dead pages. A few boxes you can find also in Lost light and Shadow edge.
I found a problem buying weapons in Game+ which are stronger then my previous scythe. Almost all of them are too weak, armor too.
This is strange. I have to sell my items to make a space for new ones, and some of them I sacrifice for possessed weapons. If you are higher level and Game+ you should get alot of useless items from average chests or quests. My problem is with armor - I can't find good enough armor after last one. They are all too weak.

Well, maybe. Posessed weapons get the strenght from other items but I'm not sure if average scythe have +20wrath (for exmple) your possessed will get it. It's just upgrading no matter what weapon you sacrifice.
There are tactic to beat every Crucible monster, but when I was at the Arbiter's maze I found it's better to strike by your own, then if you upgrade your necromancer abilities you get health with every strike. Use ghouls only for big enemies, for too many of them - Reaper Cauge. If you get these corrupted angel souls or the insects you can send crows. Harvester is also good for big ones. Some use the dodge tactic, I prefer to attack directly but it cost more heath. Well, sometimes is better to leave ghouls to do the dirty job and then finish the enemy.
